There's nothing I love more in the summer than a great white dress. You can never have enough of them and like BBQ's and pool parties I consider it a summer essential. It keeps you cool, it is incredibly flattering and looks just as cute as a black dress.

I spent the weekend on beautiful Carolina Beach. So amazing and so much fun!
It is always such a great feeling to get out of town for a bit. Every year the American holidays come around and I always feel like I don't have enough red, white, and blue to wear but this year I was ready!

I got most of the outfit from Francesca's and I just love the bow on the back of the top. I wish I had time to get more photos but we were in such a rush so I had to get these taken quick.

Let's talk about how I saw this poncho sitting all by itself in a random section of Forever 21 and felt like I hot the lottery. Not a bad find, right!?! I just love the colors but it kills me I don't have a link to share to the exact same one. I have listed some of my favs below and I will keep an eye out maybe Forever 21 will eventually put it up on their website soon. Fingers crossed!
